TERMS & CONDITIONS

The company Akshwara Elite is engaged in the business of marketing & selling the Herbal products by 3rd party under its own trademark, which are displayed on its website through online/offline on or below the MRP as mentioned therein.

JOINING  AGREEMENT  FORM

                                                                                  I, hereby express my intention to join Akshwara Elite as an Independent Distributor.

I, understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the Akshwara Elite’s Policies and Procedures, Compensation Plan, and any other official documents provided by the company. I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understood these documents.

1. Independent Distributor Status: I understand that my relationship with Akshwara Elite is that of an independent distributor. I am not an employee, partner or joint venture with the company. As i agree to purchase the Company's products at the prevailing distributor prices for personal use only not for resale.

I, agree to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations related to the marketing and promotion of the Company's products and services

I, will not engage in any misleading, unethical or illegal practices in connection with the promotion and sale of the Company's products or services.

I, will be responsible for my own business expenses, including but not limited to marketing materials, travel, and accommodation.

2. Compliance with Policies: I agree to comply with all the policies and procedures outlined by Akshwara Elite. This includes but is not limited to marketing practices, product claims, and ethical business conduct.

3. Training and Support: I acknowledge the availability of training and support provided by the Company and agree to actively participate in training programs to enhance my skills and knowledge.

4. Compensation Plan: I acknowledge that my earnings and bonuses will be based on the Akshwara Elite Compensation Plan. I understand that the company may modify the Compensation Plan at its discretion, and I agree to abide by any such changes.

5. Product Purchases: I understand that to qualify for commissions, I may be required to purchase a certain amount of products or services each month as outlined in the Compensation Plan.

6. Confidentiality: I agree to keep all proprietary information, including but not limited to business strategies, customer lists, and compensation details, confidential and not disclose such information to third parties.

7. Termination: Either company may terminate this agreement with or without cause by providing written notice. Upon termination, I agree to cease all use of Akshwara Elite materials and discontinue representing myself as an Independent Distributor.

8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra.

I have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Joining Agreement Form. I acknowledge that failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of my distributorship with Akshwara Elite.

I have taken Akshwara Elite’s Representative Name, ID & Signature on companies hard copy joining agreement form as well as given my Name & Signature on same.

I strictly Noted down the following points :

The role of company is only selling the product kit of Rs. 5000/- to the customers directly. Company is not committed for referral income via referral with customers to customers. If any customer is not getting referral income the company is not responsible for that as well as the customer is not liable for any legal actions against this, if any customer pressurize to the company for any kind of money then the company will be able to take strictly legal actions against him/her/them.
